Since our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, exchanges are limited.

  • Exchanges allowed: Only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Process: Contact our support team with photos of the item. After approval, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • Not allowed: Exchanges for size, color preference, or personal taste.

Example: If you ordered a necklace and received the wrong model, we will send the correct one without extra cost.
